Terms of Sale

Each digital edition currently costs $6.99 USD and includes a PDF and an EPUB of the selected language edition. The product page and Stripe checkout show the applicable edition and total before you confirm an order. The English and Russian editions are separate purchases; buying one does not automatically include the other. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be shown before payment where required by law.

Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is accepted and access is granted only after the payment has been confirmed, not merely because a checkout screen or return page appears. An order-confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout with the purchased edition and a personal My Library link. Keep your email address accurate and protect that link.

After payment confirmation, the purchased edition is available in My Library for online reading and private PDF and EPUB downloads. Files are not sent as email attachments. Access on another device can be requested using a one-time sign-in link delivered to the purchase email; knowing an email address alone does not provide access. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and cannot be reused. If delivery fails, contact support (section 9).

The edition is delivered digitally and becomes available immediately after payment confirmation. In some jurisdictions (for example, the EU and UK) consumers have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase, which may end once digital content delivery begins only if the consumer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right. Where such a law applies and that express consent and acknowledgment were not obtained before delivery, your statutory cancellation right is preserved. Before payment, checkout asks for your country of residence. If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, you cannot proceed to payment until you tick an initially unticked box stating: “I request immediate access to this digital edition and acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once access begins.” We record your consent, the time it was given, your declared and billing countries, and the version of this wording with your order, and we repeat the confirmation in your purchase email. Your card is only authorized at checkout. If the billing address you enter is in the EU, EEA, or UK but this consent was not given, the authorization is cancelled without charge and you are asked to check out again and give consent; payment alone is never treated as consent. If a payment was nevertheless completed without the required consent, your cancellation right is preserved.

Independently of any cancellation right, you keep your statutory remedies if digital content is defective, not as described, or not delivered.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and download the purchased edition for your own personal use, subject to mandatory law. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or grant a right to resell or redistribute the work. You may use the PDF and EPUB on your personal devices, including compatible reading apps.

The text, illustrations, and digital editions are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Except where permitted by law or separately authorized by the rights holder, do not upload, distribute, resell, publicly display, or share the files or personal access links. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable fair-use or other statutory exceptions.

If you receive the wrong edition, cannot open a file, or cannot access My Library, contact support so we can investigate and offer a remedy. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. A refund of a purchase revokes access to that purchase's edition; any other active edition you separately purchased remains available. We may suspend access for misuse or fraud, subject to applicable law and a fair opportunity to resolve a mistake.

The terms presented at the time of a purchase govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. We may update future terms and product details, but changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
